Avocado smoothies have a smooth creamy texture that gives your smoothie a little something extra. Avocados add some important nutrients as well, including fiber and monounsaturated fats. Monounsaturated fats are good anti-inflammatory fats. Beware that avocados are calorie dense, so watch your portion size! Another healthy goody is coconut water, which is even more hydrating than water. Pineapple adds a sweet flavor and works to de-bloat your stomach. Spinach is a great source of iron, vitamin A, and vitamin C. 

Avocado Smoothie


  • 2 cups spinach fresh
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 avocado


  • Blend spinach and coconut water until smooth.
  • Next add the remaining fruits and blend again. Use at least one frozen fruit to make the green smoothie cold.
