This is why we’ve included Group Functional Medicine sessions as part of your Path. These are bi-monthly sessions led by Dr. Connie in which you can ask all your health related questions and connect with others who are also in the Cardiometabolic Path.
In each session, Dr. Connie will be discussing not only about the physiology of the cardiometabolic system, but also how mindset/thoughts/beliefs play a huge role in achieving optimal health.
