Meet Emily Betz!
Emily started practicing Yoga and Pilates on and off in her teens, and both became permanent fixtures in her life in her early 20s.
She is certified in both Yoga and Pilates and believes both practices balance out and build each other up. She offers something for students of all levels, while emphasizing the mindfulness of body/breath connection in creative sequences.
She holds space for everyone to be confident in class, while also providing options for those who want more of a challenge to advance their practice. Her goal is to offer the self-assurance, strength and balance that Yoga and Pilates has brought her to her students.
