This Ginger Smoothie packs a big kick to your taste buds with the ginger-apple-carrot combination. It is great for a snack or quick meal replacement beverage. This ginger smoothie will also satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. You could mix it up and freeze the liquid to create a healthy and refreshing popsicle. Nothing beats a sweet treat on a hot day!

  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 1 medium apple, cored
  • 2 large handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger root
  • 8 ounces of filtered water


  • Start by adding the liquid to your blender, followed by the soft fruit.
  • Add the greens to your blender last.
  • Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
