This creamy green smoothie has lots of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fiber and protein. The bitterness of the spinach is overpowered by the apple, banana, coconut, and cinnamon. The almond milk and the rolled oats offer a source of protein that will keep you satisfied longer. A drink like this is perfect for crushing those sweet tooth cravings, because this is sweet and nutritionally dense!

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 large apple, cored, any variety
  • 1 banana
  • ? cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  • Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.
