Grilled Asian Tuna Steaks

  • 2 6 oz tuna steaks
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil (toasted)
  • 2 Tbsp. tamari sauce or balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 green onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  1. Mix the sesame oil, tamari sauce/balsamic vinegar, ginger, garlic, onion, and lime juice. Pour this over the tuna steaks in a glass dish, cover, and marinate for 10 minutes (up to 2 hours only) in the refrigerator.
