This mango smoothie is a healthy beverage and dessert at the same time. It is refreshing and sweet that even the kids would love!
Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cup cilantro, fresh
- 1 1/2 cups mango
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1/2 avocado
Method
- Blend spinach, cilantro and water until smooth.
- Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.
- Serve and enjoy!
