Matcha Baked Salmon with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 salmon fillets (4-6 oz. each)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Rinse and dry salmon and place in a baking dish
  • Rub olive oil on both sides of the fillet
  • In a shallow bowl combine oregano, basil, thyme, matcha, cloves, cumin, salt, and pepper
  • Rub spice mix over both sides of the fillet until completely covered
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover the salmon and bake for 5-7 more minutes.
