This delicious, green smoothie is infused with healthy Matcha Tea which promotes clarity of mind and concentration without the nervous energy you can get by drinking coffee.

Matcha Tea Smoothie

  • 2 teaspoons Matcha
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 banana (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  1. Steam spinach, chill, then drain
  2. Pitt avocado and slice 1/2 of a banana.
  3. Put all of the ingredients into the blender and mix until desired smoothness. Adjust water for desired consistency.
