Matcha Tea Smoothie

  • 2 teaspoons Matcha
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional


  • Steam spinach, chill, then drain
  • Pitt avocado and slice 1/2 of a banana.
  • Put all of the ingredients into the blender and mix until desired smoothness. Adjust water for desired consistency.
