we don’t believe in a “dogmatic approach”.  We help you to improve your movement, tone, and sculpt your body while promoting optimal posture and alignment.

Many people are misguided with various exercise regimens.  Whether it be Pilates, Yoga, Bootcamp, Cycle, or Personal Training, there’s little to no attention given to the way our bodies are designed to move.

The primary goal in any exercise regimen should be to promote effective, targeted, movement to ultimately improve strength, stability, posture, and alignment.

Using Yoga and Pilates apparatus, we are able to help you not only look your fittest, but also do so while maintaining perfect alignment and posture.

The end goal is for you to have a body that moves effortlessly in space in perfect posture and alignment.

We bring over 19 years as a Physical Therapy, over 15 years of Pilates, and over 23 years of Yoga expertise and experience to produce the results you want no matter where you are in your health journey.

Learn to tune into your body so your practice is your own.

Too often, in a yoga class, we tend to look to others as the benchmark for where our bodies should be.

Rather than looking outside of ourselves, the optimal way to practice is to learn what feels good for YOUR body.

Tuning inward rather than blindly following the lead instructor, trainer, or other students will enhance your ability to move the way YOU are designed to move in a way that feels good.

Understanding the fundamental principles of movement will help you to reach higher limits in your practice.

Too many people are focused on the full expression of the movement or the pose.  The most important is to slow down to ensure you are using the proper muscles and allow those muscles get stronger over time.

At the end of the day, all movements are designed to defy gravity.  Focusing on what type of Yoga, Pilates, or even Barre is futile.
