Leslie was on track to go on to graduate school. As an intern at Alkaline Wellness, under the tutelage of Dr. Connie, she’s been on the Alkaline path.
As Dr. Connie’s protege, she’s completed the rigorous training in the Alkaline Method ™.

Meet Victoria Ladd
Victoria is the Yoga Director at Alkaline Wellness
Don’t let her petite frame fool you, she kicks a mighty punch when it comes to challenging her clients and making sure they are making progress.
Victoria’s curious about many things and constantly strives to learn and grow.
When she’s not on the Yoga mat, you can find her with her three beautiful girls and “the husband”.
Meet Gina Hermansen
Gina is the queen of Aerial. Her strength shows when she’s on the aerial silk where she’s able to showcase her strong, athletic talents.
She’s a health nut who’s loves anything that involves movement. Certified as a personal trainer, she’s had exposure to just about anything related to fitness.
As an Alkaline Certified Yoga/Trapeze Practitioners, she hopes to share her talents with her clients.
When off the mat, she’s a mother of three and a wife to a Pastor, so needless to say, she’s one busy woman.
Meet Cassandra Speigal
Cassandra’s love for Yoga began a couple of years ago. For years she struggled with Crohn’s Disease that left her feeling helpless.
Yoga provided an opportunity to tune into her body that allowed her to begin healing.
Cassandra is an aspiring Psychiatrist currently pursuing a degree in Psychology from Georgia State University.
When off the mat, she enjoys hiking, reading, and hanging out with her friends and family.
Meet Rossanna Telhiard
Yoga has changed Rossanna’s life forever. She received her 200 hours teacher training in the yoga capital of the world in a spiritual town called ” Rishikesh” by the Ganges.
Rossanna also received private therapy training with a teacher who was the disciple of a well known doctor who gave yoga therapy lessons at a hospital in Mangalore, India.
Her style of teaching is therapeutic, emphasizing alignment and proper breathing. Seeking further training in traditional yoga in 2017, she flew back to India to spend 300 hours of study with Yogacharya Santosh Kumar of Yogadarshanam Yoga school in Mysore.
Rossanna has been teaching since 2015 and loves learning. Rossanna believes yoga is the journey to self care and self love.
She is ERYT-200 and RYT-500 certified with yoga alliance.
Meet Lyndsey Nyland
Lyndsey has an extensive background in gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading. She is known for her authentic, non-judgmental, and always evolving philosophy.
She encourages personal growth in all of her students while fostering a connection to oneself, to others, and to the universe around us.
Lyndsey is a mother, sister, daughter, and wife who enjoys life and nature to the fullest! She loves to camp, hike, read, spend time with family, and obviously LOVES YOGA!
She loves yoga because it not only makes her physically feel good, but also relaxes her mind and allows her time to dedicated to personal self care. Lyndsey completed her 200 hour training at Lifted Heart Yoga with the amazing Cybele Steen.
Meet Christine Davis
Aimee began her barre journey as a student taking occasional classes for fitness and flexibility.
After a prior instructor left Aimee decided to become certified herself and began to teach barre in 2016. She has an energetic yet fun approach to teaching and enjoys sharing that with her students.
Her goal is to encourage all who come to class. Outside of teaching she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, 4 dogs, and a cat!
Meet Christine Davis
Christine Davis have been taking and teaching yoga for over 16 years and her love for yoga grows. She loves how yoga can be centering, invigorating, releasing, soothing and so very much more.
She strives to bring those same benefits to each class she teaches and she truly believes that the power of yoga is unlimited.
Originally from Minnesota, Georgia is her home now for many years and she enjoys traveling to Minnesota to be with family.
She has two wonderful children who keeps her busy and shares her love of football with her husband. Go Vikings!
When she’s not on the mat, she loves reading.
