Your Journey Towards Strength, Mobility, and Stability
Our Physical Health Path is a 6 month comprehensive Functional Medicine program.
We differ from other Functional Medicine practitioners because we offer more than initial consults, plan prescriptions, and follow up visits.
Working closely with you for 6 months allows us to guide you through all phases of healing. Throughout these phases, you’ll experience major growth and transformation not only in physical health, but emotional health as well.
Additionally, we’ll make sure you stick to your path by keeping you accountable. We are confident you’ll be feeling much better at the end of the 6 months.
We take a holistic approach in treating your hormone issues, so multiple practitioners and modalities will be utilized in your care.

- Initial consult with an Alkaline Method Practitioner
- Tailored anti-inflammatory diet and supplement prescription
- Functional Movement sessions with a Physical Therapist
- Alkaline Yoga Therapy membership for 6 months
- Nutrition Therapy

This is why we’ve included Group Functional Medicine sessions as part of your Path. These are bi-monthly sessions led by Dr. Connie in which you can ask all your health related questions and connect with others who are also in the Physical Health Path.
In each session, Dr. Connie will be discussing not only about the physiology of the musculoskeletal system, but also how mindset/thoughts/beliefs play a huge role in achieving optimal health.
