Shocking findings from “Food Matters”

GMOEating Genetically Modified Corn can have devastating consequences.  It can cause cancerous tumors as seen above, “ new study that looked at the long-term effects of consuming Monsanto’s genetically modified corn. The study was published in The Food & Chemical Toxicology Journal and was just presented at a news conference in London.”

The study has been deemed “the most thorough research ever published into the health effects of GMO food crops and the herbicide Roundup on rats.” News of the horrifying findings is spreading fast, with even the mainstream media in shock over the photos of rats with multiple grotesque tumors; tumors so large the rats even had difficulty breathing in some cases. GMOs may be the new thalidomide.

Take home lesson, let us come back to eating “real” foods not “engineered” or “processed” foods such as protein bars, frozen pizzas, McDonald’s…..Our nation has abundance in these foods but are still “hungry” .  Our diet is high in calories but low in nutrients, we are getting sicker and sicker and the food industry is getting richer and richer.

Coming back to the basics of health, our bodies have internal thermostats that once was one with mother nature.  Now, it’s so confused from us “ignoring” the natural order that it’s gone haywire with the hormones, digestive enzymes, and cellular functions which are completely out of control.

Rule of thumb, if nature did not make it, you can’t say some of the ingredients in the food, and if it’s shelf life is longer than you, “DON’T EAT IT”!  Only eat the foods that come directly from mother nature, such as the greens, fruits, whole grains, etc.
