Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Matcha
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons warm water
  • 3/4 cup sparkling water
  • 1 lime wedge

Method

  • Measure out matcha into a tall glass.
  • Warm the water, pour into the glass, and mix until well blended.
  • Add ice cubes and slowly pour in sparkling water.
  • Stir and squeeze a lime wedge on top.
