This delicious berry crunch, made with creamy Greek yogurt, berries, almonds, and oats, is a great breakfast, lunch, or snack option! If you like the more of a crunch in your bites, use freshly chopped almonds and toasted oats instead of sliced almonds and uncooked oats. If you only have frozen berries, zap them in the microwave to create a chunky berry sauce you can add to your yogurt.

**Variations: Use other nuts or seeds such as walnuts or chia seeds.
Use steel cut oats instead of rolled oats since they are less processed. Soak oats overnight in the yogurt because they are tougher than rolled oats. Do not use minute oats. They are too processed.
